  • Obverse: In the center, the issuer name "COMPAÑIA DE CRÉDITO", Coat of Arms with the denomination both value and words "CINCO / 5" at each side, "Vale por" splitted in two parts, the denomination in words "CINCO VENEZOLANOS" and the payment clause "que se pagarán al portador en Carácas á la presentacion" «payable to bearer in Caracas upon presentation». At upper left "Carácas". In upper corners the denomination value in roman "V" (5). In the bottom corners the denomination value "5". In each corner the denomination value "5".

  • Signatures: "Por la Dirección" «p.p. the management» and "El Administrador" «the Administrator»
