  • Obverse: Design in ocher. On the right, portrait of Simón Rodríguez, that seems that it was painted by Juan Agustín Guerrero. In the center, the denomination value "20000" with the denomination in words "VEINTE MIL BOLIVARES" «twenty thousand Bolívares» splitted in two parts over the Angel Falls as background, and the payment clause "PAGADEROS AL PORTADOR EN LAS OFICINAS DEL BANCO" «Payments to the Bearier in the Offices of the Bank» below. On the left, watermarks zone. On the top left, the issuer name "BANCO CENTRAL DE VENEZUELA" «Central Bank of Venezuela». In each corner but bottom left corner the denomination value "20000".
  • Reverse: Design in ocher. In the center, view of the Angel Falls, discovered in 1937 by James (Jimmy) Angel, Guacamaya, the orchid Cattleya Mosiae and Coat of Arms. On the top left, the issuer name "BANCO CENTRAL DE VENEZUELA" «Central Bank of Venezuela». In the bottom right corner,, the denomination in words "VEINTE MIL BOLIVARES" «twenty thousand Bolívares».
